导言

感谢您使用 Tacklet。本隐私政策适用于 macOS、iPhone 和 iPad 版本，说明 Tacklet 如何处理设备数据、iCloud 同步、提醒、诊断信息和 macOS 本机接口。

1. 我们处理哪些数据

Tacklet 主要处理您在应用内创建的卡片与任务内容及其相关信息，例如标题、正文、状态、提醒时间，以及 App 的显示和功能设置。

2. 设备存储

Tacklet 会在您使用的 Mac、iPhone 或 iPad 上保存卡片数据和必要设置，用于卡片恢复、搜索、提醒调度和偏好设置等功能。

部分显示偏好、通知权限、已注册的系统通知、提醒触发状态和诊断信息按设备分别保存或管理。卡片的提醒时间和重复规则属于卡片数据，会随 iCloud 同步。macOS 版本还支持将单张卡片设为仅保留在本机。

3. iCloud 同步

当设备已登录可用的 iCloud 账户时，Tacklet 的 iCloud 同步默认开启。相关卡片数据会通过 Apple 提供的 iCloud / CloudKit 服务，在登录同一 Apple 账户的 Tacklet 设备之间同步。

如果 iCloud 不可用，Tacklet 会降级为本地模式，核心卡片功能仍可使用。在提供同步开关的平台上，您也可以关闭 iCloud 同步；关闭后，App 继续以本地模式工作。

4. 提醒与通知

通知权限和提醒调度由每台设备分别管理。Tacklet 使用系统本地通知显示您设置的提醒，不通过开发者控制的服务器发送卡片提醒。

5. macOS 本机 External API

External API 仅在 macOS 版本中提供。Tacklet 可在本机监听 127.0.0.1:18787 的 HTTP 接口，用于本机自动化或本地集成场景。

• 该接口仅监听本地回环地址，不对公网开放
• 除健康检查接口外，其余请求需要 Bearer Token 保护
• 该接口的用途是本机应用之间的自动化调用，而不是向远程服务器上传数据

6. 诊断信息与开发者数据收集

Tacklet 的运行与同步诊断信息保存在设备上，用于显示 App 状态和排查问题。除非您主动复制或导出并发送给我们，否则 Tacklet 不会把这些诊断信息发送给开发者。

当前版本不会把您的卡片内容上传到开发者控制的公网服务器，也不包含广告追踪或分析 SDK。

7. 第三方服务

跨设备同步依赖 Apple 的 iCloud / CloudKit，并受 Apple 的服务条款与隐私政策约束。除此之外，当前版本不使用其他第三方服务远程收集您的卡片内容。

8. 政策更新

若 Tacklet 的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页内容并同步更新日期。

Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to Tacklet for macOS, iPhone, and iPad. It explains how Tacklet handles device data, iCloud sync, reminders, diagnostics, and the local API available on macOS.

1. Data Tacklet Handles

Tacklet primarily handles the cards and tasks you create in the app and their related information, such as titles, body text, status, reminder times, and app display and feature settings.

2. On-Device Storage

Tacklet stores card data and necessary settings on each Mac, iPhone, or iPad you use to support card restoration, search, reminder scheduling, and preferences.

Some presentation preferences, notification permission, registered system notifications, reminder trigger state, and diagnostics are stored or managed separately on each device. Reminder times and repeat rules are part of card data and sync through iCloud. The macOS app can also keep an individual card on that Mac only.

3. iCloud Sync

When the device is signed in to an available iCloud account, iCloud sync is enabled by default. Relevant card data is synced through Apple's iCloud / CloudKit services between Tacklet devices signed in to the same Apple account.

If iCloud is unavailable, Tacklet falls back to local mode and core card features remain available. On platforms that provide a sync switch, you can also turn iCloud sync off; the app then continues in local mode.

4. Reminders and Notifications

Notification permission and reminder scheduling are managed separately on each device. Tacklet uses system local notifications for reminders you create and does not send card reminders through developer-controlled servers.

5. Local External API on macOS

The External API is available only in the macOS app. Tacklet may listen on 127.0.0.1:18787 for local automation and local integrations.

• The API listens only on the loopback address and is not exposed publicly
• Except for health checks, requests are protected by a Bearer token
• The API is intended for local automation, not for uploading your note content to a public server

6. Diagnostics and Developer Data Collection

Tacklet stores runtime and sync diagnostics on the device to show app status and help troubleshoot issues. Tacklet does not send those diagnostics to the developer unless you explicitly copy or export them and send them to us.

The current version does not upload your card content to developer-controlled public servers and does not include ad tracking or analytics SDKs.

7. Third-Party Services

Cross-device sync depends on Apple's iCloud / CloudKit and is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy. Other than that, the current version does not use third-party services to remotely collect your card content.

8. Changes to This Policy

If Tacklet's data handling changes in the future, this page will be updated and the date above will change accordingly.
